Wake up to amazing views every morning. This home is shared by the owner 2 separate levels, upper levels and grounds is all yours to enjoy!!! Very quiet property with no close neighbors on almost 2 acers with large front and backyard areas.

Lovely getaway
This was such a beautiful property! We enjoyed the layout of the living room where the windows allowed us to take in the beauty of the river while still having privacy. If you are looking to fish, have a campfire, or enjoy the hot tub under the stars then this is a great place to do just that!

Fall in Shenandoah
This property is awesome. Very modern and clean and the location is second to none. Gary, the owner, is a great host and very helpful. The home is right on the Shenandoah River and any outdoor activity is on the property of a simple drive away. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to "get away" with all the modern conveniences and comfort.

This is a must stay!
This property is absolutely gorgeous! We stayed with friends for a long weekend and it was amazing. The house is incredibly clean, had very comfortable beds and a beautiful porch to sit, relax, and watch the river. This spot on the river is perfect - it was about 4 feet deep and clear - perfect for relaxing in tubes or letting the kids wade around and play. Also, the fishing was incredible! My husband and his friend took the complimentary canoe out and caught 26 fish in 2.5 days. Anyone who is looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway near northern Virginia should book this listing immediately!

Great place in the river
The house was exactly as advertised and very clean. The river access was perfect for kayaks and paddle boards. Fishing was good, some wineries fairly close, Mr Garcia’s was fantastic Mexican food, Rudy’s Diner was also nice for any meal.

Our family had a great stay! We love the open family room and kitchen. Everything was clean and new. Great porch for viewing the river. One of the beds was a king not a queen as listed which was fine with us! Everything was quality and comfortable. We would recommend!

Perfect for JMU graduation weekend!
We had 7 adults stay in the house. Plenty of space, beautiful views, nicely appointed. Gary quickly responded to any questions we had. Easy drive to JMU. It was exactly what we were looking for! This house was the perfect spot when we were in town for our daughter’s graduation!

The property is beautiful, steps from the river with a quaint campfire area next to the river. The deck is wonderful and faces the river, lots of open grassy space and the hot tub is off to the side with a view of the river as well. The inside of the home is pristine and has everything you need! Definitely would recommend and would love to come back sometime again!
