My 93-year-old father and I were quite taken aback to find that there was no elevator and he was expected to walk up stairs to get to our room. (When I asked for a room on the first floor, I was accommodated quickly, however, and this I appreciated.) I read a message on the mirror that towels would be replenished every third day. We had been there since Thursday, Sept. 5 and, as of Sunday the next week it had not been done. My dad was upset because the water faucet only had a trickle of water coming out of it. He asked for it to be looked at, and I think it was, but nothing changed. He suspected that it was "rigged" so too much water would not be used. On Wednesday, Sept. 11 (I believe) a woman did ask us if we wanted our room cleaned. I, of course, said yes. I will say that I kept forgetting my room keys and was never questioned when I asked for another one. I'm sure the employees there work hard and are only doing what the corporation asks them to do, so it's not their faults.

Very comfortable, I thought I would hear trucks near by didn’t hear anything . Morning breakfast was excellent wasnt sure how to drink apple juice with no cups ? Or didn’t see any . Otherwise would stay again

Good staff but hotel needs updating!
The stay itself was good. The room had black mold on the wall in the bathroom growing out of the Sheetrock the carpet was filthy and needed updating. There is no safety locks on the doors just the typical bolt lock that unlocks with the turn of the handle. The place definitely needs some cleaning and updating. But overall the stay was good the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great location right off the interstate with truck stops and fast food restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, although a bit outdated. I would stay here again.

Check in was easy, front desk help pleasant. Upon opening the door to room, hit with a terrible sour/musty smell. Too exhausted to request a room change. Toilet needs a repair, as it ran all night long. Pillow upgrade suggested. Frig was cold, window A/C worked fine. Typical hotel breakfast fair. Hot shower which was our main goal.

We stayed in a suite and there was a note on the back of the toilet that stated, “does not flush well,” but actually the toilet didn’t flush at all. We had to go to the gas station every time we had to use the restroom. It was very inconvenient. We definitely will not be staying again and would NOT recommend this hotel. It is unfortunate that they are willing to charge people the full price of a room when it doesn’t even have a functioning toilet.

This hotel is next to a very busy truck stop in an industrial area. Room is dirty and noticeable signs of decay and mold. Only fast food available. Trash all over the property outside.

Comfy and nice size room but terrible breakfast
Room was nice size and comfortable. Tub and chrome fixture was worn. Breakfast in steamy hot room at 7 in morning No milk. Juice so watered down, no color to orange juice and apple strong. Both undrinkable. Store bought muffin and yogurt good.
