Very convenient location, clean and spacious room, excellent service from staffs, good breakfast variety. Overall a very pleasant and decent hotel. One issue was that my booking is for 3 people in executive suite and I messaged the hotel beforehand to confirm an extra bed will be added, which the hotel manager assured me the room will be prepared accordingly. However, at check in, front desk didn't see any instructions on adding a bed, and my room was not prepared to accommodate 3. Although upon calling house keeping, the staffs immediately came and added the bed, and provided another set of amenities, I am disappointed that my room was not prepared as per booking details, especially when I had contacted the hotel beforehand to reconfirm. I expect better level of service and attention to details from a 5-stars renowned hotel chain.
