Very nice hotel as a 5 star rating hotel. Their room lighting controls have many options to choose from: relax mode to working mode. It is very convenient to travel to the airport especially if you need to wake up early to catch a flight. One of the thing on safety is commendable, there is a calling for help button next to the toilet seat. I think not too many hotels even 5 stars will have that one button. Staffs are couteous. Breakfast buffet have many choices, very inter-continental.

Aircon was down for maintenance and only being informed few days before check in. I booked due to the "include" airport transfer. However website didn't specify 2 hourly only until I call up to make arrangement. Ended up having to take cab from airport as do not want to wait 2 hours. Breakfast meant for two but they only allow one as I am the only one staying. Also wasn't given welcome drink which supposed to be inclusive in the package. Nice hotel but unable to sleep for both nights due to without Aircon and wasn't happy about the no "airport transfer". Hotel could have compensated even if it's small gesture for the Aircon and transfer. With the cost I paid without transfer，I would have pick another hotel with same quality and lower cost.

Lovely staff!! Expedia gives a very good rate when i booked last minute. The service was great, they have loads of automated things but that did not stop the staff from being attentive. The room is clean, not very big but plenty of space, very modern and comfortable.

Check-in and check-out was a hell of an experience. Instructions and check-in process were absolutely unclear. During check-in, a $1000 dollar deposit was charged.
