"I was so impressed by this hotel and in particular with their exceptional staff. Parking was easy, free and indoor (which in a Calgary winter is a must). The room itself was spotless and beautifully designed- I found it nicer than many hotels in a higher price bracket. The concierge Sarah really added a personal touch and went out of her way to provide the late checkout my family really needed that day - and did so with a warm smile and the desire to make sure we had a 5-star experience at Courtyard. This hotel punched far above its weight and I will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who asks. "

"The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning. "
