Boutique motel with 11 units. 3 themed rooms, 2 tiny houses, original building with upstairs & downstairs units, 4 plex unit with 4 2 bedroom 2 bath units. Located on Main St. 3 blocks front downtown. All uniquely decorated spaces with all rooms except Connex 4 & Connex 5, being over 1,000 sq ft. Connexs are 460 square feet. Clean & spacious units with outdoor seating & views of the Big Horn Mountains.




Connexs are 460 sq. ft "tiny house" with living room, full bath downstairs, kitchenette, queen bedroom upstairs with toilet & sink. A new use for three storage containers! These units have been converted to host all the modern living amenities in a small space. Have you been intrigued about the tiny living concept? This is your opportunity to give it a try! With a living room, full bathroom and ¾ kitchen (hot plate instead of stove/oven) and a pullout couch located on the main level, you will be amazed how so much can fit in a small space. Up the steeper than normal stairs is a private bedroom with a half bathroom.
