They charge $50 for our 10 pounds dog. I can accept $20-30 for the pet, but $50 is already the same as an adult. If you are pet friendly, you do not have to charge it so much. We arrived there late and tired, didn’t have the energy to change another hotel. The room was ok, but the floor is a little bit dirty.

Claire at the front desk is an absolute gem. She will fix any problems to make your stay a pleasant experience. She is worth 10x her present salary! The room could have used a complete vacuuming. What has happened to thorough cleaning in these chains lately????

Security issues
Security is lacking. Our key did not work on day 2 and a cleaning person used her key to allow us in. Then we went downstairs and person that was working we had not seen before just automatically reprogrammed key no ID check or anything! We could have told them any room number

This is a beautiful and well maintained hotel. Very comfortable. Great breakfast. Beds were comfortable, room had microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. Will stay here again.

Not bad but….
Clean overall but the inside cabinet where the refrigerator was could’ve been wiped down better and the tray that holds the coffee was clearly not wiped out in awhile. Mr Clean Magic Eraser will take care of water stains in the bathroom.
