Enjoy the spacious covered wrap around deck and a walk out basement with its own large covered patio. A perfect place for family reunions, retreats, get togethers or just for folks wanting peace and quiet. The home is handicapped accessible and made with a disabled guests needs in mind. An entry ramp, low threshold shower with bars, and an electric stairlift chair make the entire home accessible to our handicapped guests.

Upstairs features a modern farmhouse style with two bedrooms. Downstairs features “The Barn” with entertainment and two more bedrooms with a “bunk house” for the kids. Foosball, table shuffleboard, Smart ROKU TV’s and Blu-ray Dvd players upstairs and downstairs, an outdoor fire pit, corn hole and other outdoor and indoor games plus lots of room inside and out give everybody what they want. High speed internet via Starlink keeps everybody in touch at no additional cost.

Take and enjoy a relaxing walk in “The Maze” just steps from the front door. Deer and other local wildlife are plentiful. Enjoy the fruit orchard and u-pick garden( in season) and learn about bees and taste local honey from your host and bee keeper across the road. Farm fresh eggs are available as well as other garden veggies in season.

There is plenty of parking if you want to bring a boat or an RV.
There are local fishing guides on Bull Shoals Lake known for its largemouth bass and Crappie, or the White River featuring world class premier trout fishing. You are also in easy driving distance of popular Branson attractions, such as Silver Dollar City and the Branson Landing. If you’re looking to get on the water, Theodosia Marina can be reached in minutes!
