Great stay
Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot
I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

夕食時2部制にしているものの予約ではないため、人数把握なし。レストランに、入りきらない場合は離れた大広間に案内される。 遠いため、取りに行くのは大変だが、席は静かでゆっくり食べられた。どちらがいいかは個人差かもしれないが、カートの利用を遠方の席の人優先にしてもらいたかった。 カートがあれば一度にたくさん持ち運べる。我が家は小さい子がいるため更に大変だった。

3歳の孫と65歳の夫の為に和室を予約しました。洋室ベッドと違い、座ったり、寝転んだり、荷物も広げたりと家にいる時と同じようにくつろげました。駐車場の確認の時から対応がよく、あらゆる場面で接客サービスに満足しております。食事はかなり混雑してましたが、どれも美味しく、大変満足です。子供の遊ぶスペース、卓球、ラウンジでもそれぞれ楽しめてとてもいい思い出になりました。娘夫婦と孫、息子と私達夫婦の初めての旅行は満足のいくものになりました。ありがとうございました。

エレベーター３機は困りましたね。 待てど暮らせど、いっぱいで乗り込めませんでした。１階のフロントから客室に行きたいのに、B1のお風呂から乗って来る人がいっぱいで乗り込めず。客室からお風呂に行きたいのに、上層階から乗って来る人がいっぱいで乗り込めず。 和室だったのでリフォームがまだされておらず、リフォーム後が楽しみです。 お茶はあったけどコーヒーは無くて、布団敷くのはセルフで、ユニットバスは狭くて…部屋料金に見合ってないと思いましたよ。 製氷機が無いのも残念ポイントです。 朝食の種類が多いのは高評価ですが、客が多すぎて… 料理を取る場所が複数箇所に分かれていたら、混雑も緩和されるのではと思いました。 スタッフさんは愛想が良かったです。 『おはようございます』と挨拶されていたので、返事をしましたが、驚かれました。客側から挨拶を返されることがマレなんですかね…？
