Great stay
Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot
I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

チェックインは時間によりけりかかなり待ち待つ、1時間ぐらい待ちました！ 夕食もかなり混んでメインのバイキングの所は食べ物を取るまでに30分以上待たないと行けなかなるぐらい混んでいたので、あそこは改善して欲しいですね。 その二つがなければ最高なんですが、スペイン村の花火も見れてよかったです。

家族でのリゾートホテル暮らし⭐︎
家族でゆっくり過ごすために利用させていただきました。 チェックイン後、部屋に入るまでに時間がかかりましたが、ラウンジが開放されていて、ビール、ワイン、ソフトドリンク、お菓子（ラムネ、グミ、プレッチェルなど）をいただきながら、ゆっくり待つのとができました。 テーブル席は同様のグループで満席の場合もあると思いますので、先に席を確保しておくと良いかもしれません。 プールを利用できる時期でしたのでホテル1階の更衣室を利用し、すぐ目の前の屋外プールで過ごしました。 利用者数にもよりますが、ビーチボールや浮き輪などもあると子どもが楽しめるように思います。 シャワーもありました。 夕食は利用しませんでしたが、ビュッフェ形式でおそらく種類も豊富（朝食よりも内容は豪華なのかと思います）と思います。 露天風呂付きの大浴場はとてもきれいで広く、水圧もありました。シャワーの温度の調節の仕方が分からなかったもですが冷ためでした。今の季節はちょうど良かったです。 浴場前にはラウンジがあり、フリードリンクとして水、リンゴ酢、甘酒が振舞われていました。 スペイン村の花火が19時50分頃に3分間程度、打ち上がり、ホテル内の窓や、ラウンジなどから鑑賞できました。 夜の時間帯にもラウンジが解放されて、お酒（ウイスキー、梅酒、リキュールなど）とソフトドリンク、お菓子（昼間のものに加えてベビースターラーメンなども追加）がありました。 和室でしたので、布団を自分で敷きました。部屋の冷房が強めでしたが、暖かかったです。 室内には電気ポットとミネラルウォーターが人数分ありました。 朝食のビュッフェは、種類がとても豊富でした。 6時30分から解放されるため、早めにいくのが良さそうです。 7時30分を過ぎると、席も埋まり、やや離れたところから食事をとりにいくことになります。 また、かなり並びます。内容によっては品切れとなります。 洋食、和食、デザート、一通りのものがあります。 チェックアウトもかなり並びます。 駐車場は広く、無料で使用できました。 スペイン村へのシャトルバスも前日からの予約で利用できるようです。 車で数分の距離でしたので、自家用車で行っても良いと思います。 とても良い休日を過ごすことができました。ホテル従業員の皆様には、親切な対応をしていただき、感謝しております。

脱衣所から浴室まで暑すぎて、ずっとサウナに入っているようでした。お風呂に入れず、ほぼ水風呂に入っていました。脱衣所でも暑すぎて汗をかき、ドライヤーもできませんでした。 客室も値段の割に簡素で古さも感じます。

カップルや友達同士には向かないホテルと思う
子供が苦手な人は行くべきではないくらいお盆期間は子供だらけ。 大浴場もブュッフェ会場も子供の喚く声が響いていた。 なので、このホテルは家族向けで、カップルや友達同士の旅行には向いていないと思った。 2泊利用だったが2泊目の夜に帰ってきたらルームキーが使えないという不手際があった。 2泊目に夜のラウンジを利用してみたが、人がいっぱいでくつろげずだった。夜のラウンジは子供は入れないようにすべきでは？と思った。 送迎バスに関しては色々融通を聞かせてくれて助かった。(かなりの僻地だったので助かった。) まわりゃんせ利用でまわりゃんせの提携ホテルが軒並み予約できなかったので利用させてもらったが、正直、値段に見合った体験はできなかった。

お盆期間という事だったので、宿泊客も多かったのかもしれませんが。ビュッフェの並ぶ時間が、とにかくかかりました。一通り回って席に着いたら、もうぐったりでした。 料理の並べ方や、順路など改善出来るならお願いしたいです。 ホテルは広いロビーで、生演奏もあり、素敵でした。大浴場も綺麗で、掃除は行き届いてる感じでした。女湯は、脱衣所の空調をもっと涼しくしてほしいなーっと思いました。

朝食付きを利用しました。種類が沢山あり、スイーツや果物、スムージー等美味しかったです。 他の口コミにもあるように、客室の多さを考えるとエレベーター3機は少なく、移動するのに時間がかかりますが、階段を利用したり特に不便はなかったです。 また利用したいと思いました。

・広く開放的で全体的に綺麗だった。 ・子連れが多いにも関わらず、こどものアメニティや食器,フォーク類がないので不便に感じた。 ・レストランやラウンジではゲストの数と料理,ソフトドリンクの数が比例しておらず、常に行列があった。 ・エレベーターの数も少なく、満員で乗れないこともあり常に10-15分は待った。
