Great hotel to explore Osaka for a few days. Small compact Japanese hotel rooms. We had cojoining rooms and had the kids in one side. Worked out perfectly. Would be a squeeze if spending 4+ nights though. Great local location.

Staff and location were great! Although the room was small, it didn’t matter too much to us. The bed was too hard and pillows too soft for our liking. Literally woke up with a sore back every day. Other than that, the hotel and its staff were great!

Small rooms, receptionists being inconsistent saying one thing and then changing it the next day, slow elevators, spotty wifi, having to pay for them to hold luggage per piece…I would not stay here again.

This hotel is clean and located in quiet neighborhood. We had a connecting room so it was very spacious for for 4 people. The washroom was the only downside, very small you can't hardly stand there to brush your teeth. And it's not the most convenient location. You have to take train to everywhere. The elevators were very small so during busy times you have to wait quite a while to get in.

Modern and very clean. We had to upgrade to a suite because bathroom was not wheelchair accessible. AC was fabulous during heat wave of over 100 degrees daily. Mattress was very firm which was too hard for my old bones so sleeping well was a challenge for me.

The area had a lot of dinning options; it is quite a walk to any nearby train stations. The amenities were great. The room was small but the space was well-utilized; but if you’re a bigger person then fitting inside the bathroom would be a challenge. Overall it was great value and we would stay again if given the chance. Highly recommend.

Its location is convenient as I wanted somewhere close to Osaka train station. It takes 10-15 mins walk and most of this walk can be done via underground mall so we don’t have to expose to the hot sun all the way. It’s easy accessible to various train lines, metro and bus routes. There are lots of restaurants choices around here which opens till late but shops and restaurants are closed in this area on public holiday. The rooms are a bit small and old but it provided what we need. There is a bathroom eventhough it’s a small space but won’t be suitable for big person. The breakfast only had two choices in the morning, Japanese style and western style. The breakfast changes every day and they are all beautifully presented.

The property was very conveniently located in the heart of Osaka. The hotel is in a very upmarket and civic area with consulates around rendering the place a very safe and trendy. We had 2 connecting rooms for our family of 5. The room is on the tighter end for space but we made the most of it and felt very comfortable. The property is very new and clean. The breakfast consisted of either Japanese or Western meal. We opted for Japanese on our 2 day stay and were very impressed by the quality. Staff were very helpful and assisted with all our queries. We highly recommend this place.
