Fine, except for a certain policy
I just needed an inexpensive place to stay while I was in the area doing a performance at a show. The room was fine, although the first one I'd ever stayed in that didn't have a closet nor any place to hang my clothing. But what bugged me was their policy that every guest had to pay a $100 deposit--I had to pay even though I had paid for the room in full in advance of my visit. How can I know for sure that they will refund it? I've stayed at a lot of hotels and motels, and have never encountered a policy like this before.

The surrounding nature outside was a nice and generally the lobby and rooms were clean. However there was particular hotel guest who had a barking dog in their room which no one did anything about.

Place was run down. Then they put your room number on your parking pass and expect you to place it in your window. Super unsafe!

I was charged for an extra day and a deposit. I only stayed one day and left the card in the room before 11 AM. The deposot has not been returned as of today. It was extremely noisy.

Overall a good stay ! Pretty impressed...
Room was clean. It was small as expected, but did have a pretty big refrigerator and freezer also a microwave and coffee maker. I was very glad those appliances were in the room. The Air conditioner was very loud and did not work at times. I asked to switch rooms cuz of the AC and was told no. But it started working again although was still very loud. Otherwise a great value for sure.

My room was dirty, I asked for housekeeping to come in and was told they only come in on Tuesday. Stayed for almost a week so had to ask for fresh towels which were all stained, toilet paper and coffee. We were told to take out our own trash and the peep hole in the door was just a drilled hole anyone could see in. There was no table in the room like advertised, it looked like someone had spit on the chair in the room there was white stuff on the wall and dirty shoe prints on the bathroom door. The coffee they advertise in the lobby was lighter than the color of tea.
