However, the dryer is underpowered, so drying clothes requires splitting loads and additional time, costing around 800 yen altogether. The laundry machines require detergent, but the hotel does not sell any. This could be inconvenient for guests, especially considering that Tokyo laundromats often include detergent automatically. The room also lacks napkins, which can be inconvenient as the provided toilet paper is unsuitable as a substitute. "Great place to stay in Matsue. Super close to the train station, an easy 15-20 min walk to the Castle District. Lots of good restaurants and konbini available nearby. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Hotel is very clean and well-run. A great place to stay."
