Cannot charge to the room which is annoying. Not asked on booking in to book the restaurant and told when I arrived for dinner that no tables were available, all very chaotic. Luckily a table became free just as I was going out to eat. Very poor organisation although the food was quite good

Very comfortable room, has ironing board and a "pants" press, which I disnt use but shows level of room. Hotel lobby and inside areas as well as surrounding grounds out of a movie set. Staff friendly and helpful when needed. Restaurant meals good and reasonably priced. Highly recommended for short or long stay.

Another wonderful stay
A really comfortable overnight. The night reception offered us a lovely room and was very friendly. Reception staff the following morning were also friendly. Breakfast was excellent and a nice view of the gardens with a background of relaxing music. Well definitely come again

Door card was tricky to work,breakfast one morning no room had to wait should have longer opening times instead of concentrating on 2 hour slot,told we had a nice quite room ,the room was good bathroom was good but they forgot to say about the noisy kids running about and shouting spoiling it .unable to put fire stick in television .
