Decent sized rooms which were very comfortable. The staff were excellent and saved our gopro which was ledt in the room after checkout. Will be staying there on our next visit

This hotel has an interesting combination of features. No phone in very small single room, and once-every-three-days cleaning (Eco!). But has fast Wi-Fi, public bath and relaxation area, restaurant area open for free beverages and chatting from the end of breakfast to 10pm. Breakfast buffet very passable and friendly staff also contribute to a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown shopping area with lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The public hot tub is a great addition, together with a full library of manga and classic video games. Pretty cool!

Location, friendliness, cleanliness and pretty much everything was perfect. Only thing I would like to have seen better was how the bathroom was laid out. Toilet room was small and bathing area was a bit inconvenient. Room need a bit more storage area. But still 9.5/10. Thank you.

Very clean and quiet location, easily walkable to downtown. Shizuoka station is approximately 15-minutes away. Lots of cafes and matcha locations in the vicinity. Room is compact but spotless. Onsen a wonderful addition after walking the whole day. Go after dinner time, less crowded.

大道芸のイベントで利用させてもらいました。立地は駅までも近くて商店街の中にあるのでお店も多く不便は全くなかったです。コンビニも近くにあるし、少し歩けば繁華街もあるので食事やお酒を飲むのにも困らないですね。イベント会場にも近いですし、出演されていた外国のパフォーマーさんも利用していましたね。朝食もまぁまぁ種類があり美味しかったですよ。また利用したいと思いました。若干の不満点を言えば廊下からの声が割と部屋に聞こえてくる感じでしたが滞在中に不快に感じる事は無いレベルで部屋同士の声が聞こえてくる事もなく皆さん静かに過ごされてたかと思います。

フロント階にアメニティバーがあるのが良かったのと、コーヒーや紅茶のティーパックの種類が多かったのも良かった。 枕の高さを変えたかったので、枕バーがあれば、完ぺきだった 大浴場にハンディクリーナーがあるのは、良いと思った
