Located directly across the road from the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach, 4 South Pacific has the best views of the complex. Spectacular water and mountain views. It is one of the few three bedroom apartments available on the Shoal Bay Road strip.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, Foxtel, WIFI, secure car park, water views and right across the road from the beach.

The unit has all you need for a relaxed beach getaway. Open plan living areas, full equipped kitchen, TV with full Foxtel package, DVD, stereo and quality furnishings make this unit a home away from home.

Bedroom one has a queen bed, BIR, TV, WIFI, Foxtel, balcony also with water views and ensuite.

Bedroom two has two single beds and BIR.

Bedroom three has two single beds and BIR.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, great for the little ones who like a bubble bath after being at the beach.

Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The secured carpark allows for one car, most normal cars/suv’s fit. Please check height if you have items on top of your car.

BBQ – There is a communal BBQ area is at the back of the building with outdoor seating, grassed and has a gate. Kid’s can enjoy playing while you get the BBQ ready.

Clotheslines are also in this area.

Rubbish bins are provided and are located at the rear of the building.

Shoal Bay village is a short stroll away and has a convenience store, boutique stores, cafes, restaurants, and Shoal Bay Country Club.

Position was great. The balcony was extremely dirty, floor, table and chairs and glass balcony railing. The en-suite had hair on the shower walls. Disappointed there was no aircon in the unit.

The property was in a fantastic spot. Amazing views close to water and amenities. Food venues and IGA within walking distance. Lots of interesting activities within close driving distance, would recommend the camel rides and sand boarding. The unit was clean and tidy, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you could want. The agent had super quick communication. Just a few very small negatives. With 6 people showering the hot water ran out and the beds weren’t made, which after travel some distance was the last thing we wanted to do. But like I said small details. This unit is a small piece of paradise and we will be returning.
