From the well equipped kitchen to the comfy furniture this place left nothing to be desired! They have thought of everything! The view is exceptional and the semi-private beach below is a haven for walking with the dog able to run free. This place has the room for a family and has a big closet full of games and puzzles for those wet Oregon Coast days inside. Lots of beach toys for kids in the garage. We were blessed with clear skies and fantastic December weather, but could easily stay here and watch it storm. Just a couple of notes. The stairs down to the beach were no problem for us, but they are steep. The view of the lighthouse and great beach are worth the effort. The driveway is steep and we found it best to back down rather than back up on the highway. It can be a bit confusing if dark. Also, there needs to be a working light on the side of the garage to illuminate the walk at night. Minor quibbles about an otherwise wonderful retreat in an absolutely beautiful spot! "
