New Hotel

This hotel is very nice. It is new and clean but the bed was very hard. There also needs to be a more comfortable chair in the room. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. All the staff that I spoke to were very friendly!

The staff are great. Front desk woman was kind enough to tie my shoelaces for me after my shoulder surgery, so definitely above and beyond! A very nice stay. Room was comfy. Nice bathroom.

The property was new and noticably new. Clean and friendly staff. Lighting in the bathroom could be much better. Lighting on the mirror was dim. The staff forgot to turndown the rooms when asked twice. Breakfast was okay. Not too much of a variety but complimentary.

Paid over 450$ dollars for one night. I did have a small dog with me. Very over priced for a small hotel that is not a resort. They offered free breakfast that was a joke. Came down for it with 2 hours to spare. They were out of eggs, juice, bread, oatmeal,muffins and fruit. For that kind of money I would expect something more than butter packets, hot sauce and coffee for breakfast. Besides that holiday express quality at best. Total rip off! For that kinda money I could have stayed at a 4 star resort
