Robbed by hotel staff!!!
I was robbed. Literally! After being back home for a week, & catching up on my bookkeeping, I discovered that, in addition to the one night fee of $113 for my stay, I was charged an even $150, unauthorized, with no not, asking of permission, or even warning. This is robbery, & has left me feeling very uneasy, for the reason that my financial situation isn’t good enough to Willy-nilly pay more than double on any given cc transaction. I didn’t dispute with the hotel itself, but have an ongoing dispute with hotels.com instead, & hope they make good on the thieves! I strongly believe that the establishment should be served a penalty, if not permanent suspension from hotels.com It’s a privilege that they obviously don’t appreciate, nor honor.

Housekeeping is not provided. The floors were sandy like you would expect at a beachside property, except there is no beach. It was also sticky in some areas. Something had been spilled and not properly cleaned up. One of our towels had a large brownish stain. "Hot breakfast" consists of store-bought frozen breakfast burritos and sausage muffins. Also a waffle maker. This is not truly a "hot breakfast." The property claims to have Internet, but don't be fooled. It doesn't. The girl at the desk made the kind suggestion that we use our hotspots, which is what we did. But they should not be advertising that they have wi-fi connection since they don't.

Good value for the price
We always stay at this hotel when we visit Snowflake. It is clean and quiet. Several stores and fast food restaurants in the area. For the price, you can't beat it.
