Front desk person rude. Two people at the front, talking amongst themselves as if I wasn’t waiting to be checked in. I had to ask if I was standing in the right place to be check in? I believe if I wouldn’t have said anything I would probably still be standing there. Please acknowledge guest waiting to be check in. Not a good look.

If you are a gambler, of course it was convenient to the 3 floors of casino gambling. Also to the nighttime show that was at one of the clubs in the casino.

Property was really outdated. Rooms need to be refurbished. Electronics need to be updated. I was really hoping that Bally's would do something with the old Eldorado rather than just strap a sign on the front. We won't be staying there again

Elevators werent working. Had to walkd down stairs from 10th floor. It was like a maze trying to find exit to hotel. Service very slow. Not enough people behind the front desk or any othe4 desk like cashuers desk etc
