The rooms definently need an update. The wallpaper was peeling and the room was definently not cleaned properly prior to check in. The check in staff were super friendly and parking is convenient.

ROOM WASN'T READY TIL AFTER 7, check-in is 4pm
The hotel itself was fine! Check-in is at 4pm; I made it there after 6 and the room was not ready. They said that they were waiting for it to be cleaned. I was not the only person that this happened to; they took customer's phone number and had to call them when room was ready. It's no way the rooms should not have been ready at that time of the day. They offered no discount for the inconvenience.

Read some negatives - don't know where those folks were, but it wasn't at Bally's. Enjoyed the stay - large room, clean, quiet, convenient. Nice people, good food. Only issue was that we did not have a clock in the room.

I had reserved a King bed. Ended up they said they did not have that available, so ended up with double beds. The pillows were okay. I prefer a softer thinner pillow but better that the brick pillows that are at Samstown Casino. Also room had no oder. Samstown has oders. Room was quiet. Samstown was noisy. However. Few outlets to plug in electronics this needs to be improved and need to be easy to find. Had to plug in items in bathroom. Not convent.
