Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Room’s AC did not tend to stay on for longer than a a couple minutes at lowest temp (60), so room would fluctuate temp frequently. Bed was not comfortable and felt stiff. Otherwise, the room was spacious, very clean, and stocked well.

It was clean, but is obviously an older property. The shower in my room didn’t work properly but I reported it as I was checking out. They made a note of it so that it can be repaired. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I did think it was pricey for what I got. However, it was within walking distance of the hospital that my mom was in.

I love the staff great customer service What I did not like was the sheets did not smell good they had a odor and the pillows was horrible I woke up with my neck hurting this morning and the ice machine was not working on my floor so I had to walk to the other floor just to get ice twice!!!!
