This Hilton is a nice change from the noisy casinos and casino dining! It was quiet, clean, the staff was attentive, and texts from Jackelyn re answering my questions were timely and helpful! The only thing that could be improved is more updating of the rooms, such as nicer showers. Overall, excellent stay!

This property needs real updates for accommodation Stuff needs more training When we booked this room through Expedia we booked with breakfast but when we checking into property nobody gave us the breakfast vouchers Next day in the morning we had to explain to the receptionist that we have breakfast included Finally the manager clear everything straight Not coming back to this property very poor value

The check in was just average our lady was all about telling us about the parking which is across the street from the hotel and 12$ a day. And not explaining we needed a vouchers for the breakfast we prepaid through expedia. So i was not impressed with the Hilton when i go to Shreveport again i will stsy at Balleys casino
