The hotel is very outdated and unappealing. The room had old furniture, poor lighting, not enough outlets to charge devices (one outlet near the beds). The windows were covered over at the bottom. You literally can't look out of the window. Bathroom was very small. The room was cold. There was a water pipe running through the closet. Over all a terrible experience. Shame on Holiday Inn for this one

DON'T STAY HERE
One of two elevators was not working, there were no luggage carts available when checking in and checking out, was told to go look for one on the floors. I am in my 70's and I had to carry my luggage from the parking lot to my room and back. Check-in was advertised as 3 pm but would not allow anyone to check-in until 4. This caused a long wait at check-in.No refrigerator, carpet floor was dirty and appeared to not have been vacuumed. Mold on shower. Most hotels offer free breakfast-this hotel didn't even have free coffee or any other grab-and-go breakfast food. For $150 a night this stay was a rip-off.

The room was clean and put together. Breakfast was good. My only issue was I paid through Hotels.com app and the hotel charged my card an additional $106 room fee AFTER I was already checked in. I spoke to the front desk about the situation and was told they would have to contact Hotels.com to TRY to resolve the charge. Some people don’t have that type of money to just spend on non mandatory things.
