The property was very run down. The room was very dated. There were 2 beds a cabinet that the tv set on and one chair. The room was large but empty. The carpet and drapes needed a good cleaning. The bathroom sink was clogged. There was no hot water when we arrived to our room. The phone in our room was not working. I wanted to call the desk but I was unable to because the phone was not working. We were not allowed to check in until after 4pm or we would be charged a ten dollar fee. I was not allowed in the casino because my drivers license was cracked. I was told because it was altered they could not let me in the casino. I would not recommend this property to stay at if you’re visiting Shreveport.

Dirty towels under the bed sheets. Overcharged in resort fee and there was no resort amenities Casino very outdated. I will never be back.

We've been coming to this Casino over 25yrs, Its still the same. The rooms are decent, atleast this time it was clean, except for the brown/reddish stain in the carpet in front of mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable & clean only it needs more color, all white just like a hospital bed. Plus it's was kingsize bed, why only 3 pillows? I was disappointed with the tub, it wouldn't hold water. We were in room 614. Its a smoking room, but dang it really smelled heavily of smoke, even in the hallway. I had to spray the room, drapes, sofas & bed with Febreeze. That really helped!

We arrived 15 minutes before check in time. Wanted to check in early. We had plans and didnt want to be late. I was informed if we checked in early there would be a $10 charge. I quickly changed my mind. I didn't even want to go to the room. I just needed the key, so we could go straight to our room and avoid the crowd when we returned to the hotel later that evening.

There was not any extra toilet paper in the bathroom. There was only a 1/2 a roll upon arrival. There were no clinics at all, and when asked for an extra blanket because one was not in the room at midnight, literally, the blanket did not get there until after 1 AM when we were already asleep the staff when calling the front desk no 1 answered housekeeping did not answer when calling the operator the operator advised walk down to the front desk for the rate that you charge for that hotel I should not have to walk down to the front desk at midnight when I'm already dressed for bed. Upon Check-in the hostess at the counter was not very friendly. It seemed like all of them working there really did not like their job. There was probably 4 there. I didn't see smiles on anyone's face and the parking garage upon parking the minute we stepped out of our car, We stepped in vomit, literally vomit. It should be better kept..
