The room was really nice and staff very kind but the heater in our room did not work and we froze all night long. No extra blanket in the room. Deeply disappointed. We had hoped to have a hot breakfast in the morning but their restaurant didn’t open until noon. They offered a snack bar with poor fast food choices. Another disappointment. Would not stay here again.

The room was very spacious. Refrigerator in room. No microwave. Bathroom is massive. Shower low water pressure. Takes twice as long to take a shower. Other than that vety good.

One of our places to stay when visiting family. Room is big and comfortable, with a view of the Red River. Elevators require room key, making it a secure place, as well as garage parking. Very comfortable bed.

The hotel room was good just the one bed was too close to the wall. Unfortunately the only thing not satisfactory was the FanDuel Sports Betting. I was told that the tickets could be cashed at the casino cage 24/7 by two different employees in the sports betting room since they closed at 10 p.m. I went to cash in a winning ticket at 615 a.m. and was told they are closed from 2:30 a.m. and reopen at 7:30 a.m. I talked to a supervisor. and they went ahead and cashed my ticket but that was a hassle. The employees/sections need better knowledge of the hours! Overall it was a decent room to stay in.

The room was clean, but had a horrible view of a roof. The entire hotel smelled of smoked, but I guess that comes with stating and a casino hotel

The food at the restaurant was absolutely horrible, the brisket was the worst I have ever had, the ribs were ok, Mac and cheese was awful. The waitress looked bothered. The Deli was not good either. We ordered “Starbucks” coffee it was not Starbucks, it was more like brown water, barely any coffee flavor. We also ordered a Latte and we were told that it was just regular coffee because he said “a latte needed to have flavor” the only “Starbucks” about it were the cups. The elevators never worked well, there was only ONE elevator working and we had to keep reminding the staff that the elevators were not working, it took forever while that one elevator would take all the people waiting.
