If you are with kids and want to visit the buffalo village, it's a good stop for one night. You can access the buffalo village from the back of the resort grounds and it was include with our room (the paid show would be extra, however). They have a small but pleasant pool. The Thai laana houses are small but nice (with outdated bathrooms). The bed and room were comfortable enough. Wifi worked well. We stayed 2 nights and the maid ran out of time before she got to our room, so she left. The front desk was good enough to give us a new liner for the dust bin, and the maid did leave our complimentary waters next to our door. So a good place for one night, but management doesn't appear to pay staff enough to work the hours required to clean all of the rooms. The breakfast had enough variety but, again, management is saving by understaffing. Two people were cooking eggs in a single frying pan and they had all they could do to keep the food stocked, so tables were really slow to be cleared. Pretty place. We really wanted to like it. I felt sorry for staff. They are not supported properly in performing their duties. Maybe they were short staffed due to it being a holiday weekend, but the lack of planning for that would still be a management issue. The staff deserve better.
