Convenient location
Close to train and bus station. Only 5 mins walking distance. 10 mins to the main square. Staff was friendly, good English, helpful. The room was small, outdated. There is no coffee & tea facility available.

Fantastic experience at this hotel. I received a wonderful, warm welcome, the lady who checked me in very happy to look after my needs and as there was a wedding going on, trying her best to move my room to one that would be least inconvenienced, which I thought was a nice touch. The room was pleasant, the only downside being a lack of tea or coffee making facility. The old town is only a short walk away, so I'd recommend this place as a good base if you're looking to spend any time there.

Good hotel in a good location.
We walked to the hotel from the train station AND to the main squares and attractions in Sibiu - so it's in a perfect location if you're traveling by train. or you like to walk rather than call a taxi/uber. We had a pretty view! The hotel room was nice enough and the staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and for two friends traveling together, it was hardly more expensive than a hostel. The shower didn't drain very well and we ended up with a big puddle on the floor either from a gap in the door or the pool on the floor, I'm not sure. There were dogs and noises outside at night so it was best to have the window closed.

Located on a street I would not expect. Located in the lower town, but an easy walk to the main square. The receptionist went out of her way to accommodate me in that there was confusion in the reservation upon arrival

Surprise on the street
Did not expect this gem on this street, tucked in by itself, it was a pleasant surprise, the receptionist couldn't have been any better at h we job. She was the hidden gem. Also the walk to the main square was short and put you right on the main square

Friendly Staff, But Poor Condition
The staff at the hotel are very welcoming & friendly and the location is convenient. However the condition of the hotel is not great. I had a bad allergic reaction that I usually get when in a mouldy environment. There was a collection of dead bugs around the curtains. But the worst was the shower. When I first turned the water on, it ran black. Eventually, after several minutes of black, then brown water, it finally ran clear. When I got out of the shower, the bathroom floor was covered in water (apparently the doors of the shower don't seal when closed). When I stepped out of the shower onto the tiled flower, water and sentiment squirted from under the tiles. The breakfast wasn't very good (eggs were overcooked in parts and other parts completely raw).

Difficult to Fault!
A good value hotel in a good location, walking distance to both the central station and city centre. Room and staff were very good. Stayed two nights and would have happily stayed longer!

Uncomfortable
Rooms lacked ventilation, way too hot so had to open the window and as a result it was very noisy and difficult to sleep. Very basic facilities in room, no secure storage, uncomfortable bed, shower was too small. Not really much good about it except it is close to one of the best restaurants in Sibiu.

A mid-range hotel in a convenient location. Just a few minutes walk from the train and not much further into the main square. The room was basic and clean, but the WiFi wouldn't work in the room.

I was in a quiet room on the 2nd floor. Note that they don't have an elevator, but I was fine with that. They were having a wedding party downstairs, which was loud, but in my room it was not a problem. 10 minute walk to the old town - which is spectacular.

Great 2 weeks stay
Had a great 2 weeks stay in this hotel. Bed very comfy and room very cosy. Bathroom big. Enjoy the stay in the hotel and will stay again next year. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful in all ways from booking taxi etc.

Good Hotel, great price
Hotel was very good, very short walk from the main train station and then into the main center of Sibiu. Breakfast was a little expensive but convenient. Air conditioning in rooms was great! Room was comfortable, the bathroom in mine needed some serious updating but paid a very reasonable price for the room so really cant complain too much. Wifi very good throughout the hotel. Would stay here again.
