Great spot near/in old town
Loved my stay! Great location just a short 5 min walk to the start of the old town squares. Really helpful private free parking lot on their block vs having to find street parking. Helpful staff with recommendations in town

Location is great. The room was a suite and had all we needed. It was spacious and quiet. The inner courtyard was lovely and a great place to have breakfast. Everything is well maintained and makes it a tranquil space close to all the important sites. Would stay again

Excellent, friendly place in Sibiu!
Excellent stay in the heart of Sibiu. Outstanding friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, spacious and safe. Breakfast was also very good. They offer a safe private parking for your car as well. City center with all sights is five to ten minutes walk away. We would stay again at Rosen Villa when in Sibiu.

We couldn’t ask for better hosts. I regret that I don’t know their names because they deserve to have them remembered. The breakfast was not included in our package, but it was worth every extra lei we paid for it.

The location is walking distance from the city center. Very cute rooms, personalized. Nice patio area. Very homey. The service was fantastic- we got tons of recommendations of where to go and what to visit. Very friendly couple managing the resort. Definitely recommend!

A superb location, quiet and an immaculate room.
Once I figured out the guest parking, AND that the handle locks the deadbolt (not the key) AND that one of the remotes is for the air conditioning, I loved this hotel. The location within the old city is superb. The room & bathroom are immaculate. The bed is comfy. The air conditiong is whisper-quiet and precisely controlled. The one staff member I met simply could not have been nicer. I would like to stay here again!

Very comfortable but pick your room.
Off street parking and very welcoming staff and then the room! Wow! Spacious colourful, comfortable, good bed , shower ,etc. Breakfast was ok but a bit pricey compared with others. Our room was right on the street, no 6 I think, the red room. Up until after midnight we were annoyed by people outside our window, talking and shouting, opening and shutting car doors, revving engines, etc. Not just one group but several. It was Sunday night and We guess they had had a day in the city followed by some dining experiences. I know it is not something that the hotel can control, but make sure you don’t get that front room!

I enjoyed my stay at Rosen Villa. My room was large and comfortable, parking was easy, and it was a short walk to the heart of old town. I slept very well because it was quiet at night.

Everything was above expectaions. Essy distance walkabke distance from the old town. The interior court is very nice... i'm sure during summer time the guest will enjoy a lot. Would return without hesitations
