The room was quite nice, and spacious. Very clean. The sheets smelled awful though so I didn't have a great night. The bathroom had generous counter space. And the pressure in the shower was great. Although the showerhead was so low that I, at 5'3", had to bend over to wash my hair.

Upon arrival, front desk staff was outside smoking at the front door. The chair in our room needed to be replaced, the vinyl was peeling off. The bathroom smelled but I did not initially see the source. In the morning I found the source of the smell when I went to take a shower… there was dried urine all over the bathtub. They did send someone to clean it but offered no compensation. I have not heard back from Expedia yet on a possible refund.

exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, shower made a screeching sound when it was running, and indoor pool was freezing and not heated. Kids lips were blue after one dip in the pool. Told staff pool was cold and they said its heated, basically didn't look into it.
