We found our room clean, comfortable, good beds, spotless bathroom. The breakfast was good and well stocked. Staff friendly. I do agree the motel need updating though. The area rugs and hall and hallway carpets should be replaced. They really show wear and tare.

The worst Hampton I have ever stayed at. Dirt, crumbs everywhere. Walls are scuffed, dirty and uncared for. The breakfast was intolerable. If you’re thinking about staying here, choose someplace else.

VERY smelly room!
I chose this hotel because I was traveling with my little dog and there was plenty of grass around. The pond and walking area nearby are fabulous and evidently attached to Cabelas. But my room and the entire hotel in general are out of date and, I think, in dire need of refurbishing! The carpet had several holes and was in bad shape in the hallway. But, the absolute worst part was the smell in my room!!!!! It smelled of a very strong cleaning chemical, which started burning my eyes, nose and throat during the night. I asked for a different room but they were completely full. They did give me a fan for the window, so I had to sleep with an open window and fan on full force through the night. All my clothes and items smelled of this chemical into the next day after I left. It was just a terrible and very uncomfortable experience. They did say they would refund part of my room charge, but I haven’t checked yet to see if they did or not. It wasn’t ever about the money. Don’t think I will stay there again.
