The staff were very friendly and the property was maintained very well. Everything was clean and housekeeping was very quick. There were lots of breakfast options and it was a good stay overall.

A wonderful, clean property in one of Sidney’s prime locations. We stayed here for Christmas time and it was friendly, warm, welcoming, and relaxed. Great free breakfast, coffee in the room, grocery store and bakeries across the street if you need more.

great choice for affordable stay near Butchart
Staff were friendly and efficient. There is a big flight of stairs, no elevator. Facility feels a bit dated, electrical outlets had multi plex adapters in them. Beds very comfy and linens clean and nice. Nice soap. Little balcony will be nice in milder weather. Breakfast continental plus waffle maker so that is good. Location perfect at Sidney pier and full on ocean view. Walk to good restaurants etc. we liked Jacks, Surly Mermaid and 10 Acres and Tonellis. Also Abkhazi Tea House in Victoria for high tea. Overall great choice for affordable oceanfront stay in Sidney/visit to Butchart Gardens Xmas display incredible.

The room was very clean with an awesome view. The staff were very nice and polite and very helpful. The wave watching was spectacular as I understand it was a rare storm to occur during my one night stay. I have never been in a hotel while the power was off. At least there was a great little emergency lite in the washroom that worked great. I hope to return and stay longer. My choice of places to stay in Sidney will always be Sidney Waterfront Inn and Suites.

We enjoyed our first-time stay. The view was great, the room comfortable. The waffles were good, and they will be upgrading the rest of the breakfast offerings soon. No complaints!
