I stayed for four weeks here, so maybe that's why I began to feel like family; but I think you'd get that feeling even if you stayed just a day or two. Everyone was very nice, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The free breakfasts were an added bonus, cooked to order, with fresh fruit daily. The hotel itself sits back far enough off a busy street that noise was not an issue. The garden area is lush and enjoyable to look at. This also had the best air conditioning of the 4 hotels I've stayed in on this SE Asia exploration. Hoey, the hotel tuk tuk driver picked me up at the airport, and I also hired him to take me to Angkor Wat and the surrounding area. Although I toured at my own pace, he had great advice on how and what to see, and the order to do it in. It made for an awesome visit, and I would recommend his services highly. I was pretty skeptical initially when I saw the low pricing as to the level of service or comfort I might expect, but was soon amazed at how my expectations were surpassed in both areas.
