Exceptional service from everyone at the hotel. We had issues with our tour booking and airport transfers, but they were always ready to jump in and help. The staff would remember whether you came down for breakfast and would always check daily whether you were ok. Convenient location to walk to pub street and lots of food nearby

Staff were outstanding. The pool area was nice but seemed to have a portable pump so took away from the aesthetics a bit. The tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel entrance were constantly soliciting services which got tiresome after the second day but we understood their motivations… everyone needs to make a living. Restaurant options were excellent near the hotel and shopping and sightseeing options were walkable or accessible by tuk tuk. The hotel property is well maintained and had a generous selection for breakfast. Management is attentive and staff are very welcoming and delightful.

You are close enough to the hub of the city, pub street etc without being on top of it. Very quiet rooms, breakfast has a good variety of fruits and Asian style. The staff make the experience, remember your names play your favourite song at the pool bar always say hello etc. stayed for four nights very enjoyable. Some of the walls are a little rough and knocked about but this hotel represents exceptional value for money and again the staff are 10/10

Great spot all-around. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Rooms are large and very clean. Onsite restaurant is good - recommend the breakfast. Didn’t get a change to enjoy the pool but it also looked well maintained. Close to several good restaurants and massage spas.

The hotel is distinguished by its meticulous attention to detail in every aspect, from the immaculate rooms to the restaurant's delicious breakfast buffet and the harmonious blend of modern and classic decor. The friendly staffs went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always ready to assist with any request we had. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation options. We were able to explore the city with ease and return to our cozy room at the end of each day. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and the experience it provided. We are regular travellers and have stayed at a lot of hotels globally. The level of service offered at this hotel is above any that I have ever seen. Every staff greeted us by name and welcomed us by walking out to the parking lot with wet towels each time we returned from a trip. They left absolutely no room for error in service. We were welcomed by different levels of management, including the General Manager. The breakfast was really delicious and had a lot of variety. We did not use the pool but the swim up bar looked amazing. The location was just a 1 minute walk to many of the best streets around. A special thank you to Pisen for making our stay exceptional.

This place exceeded our expectations.The hotel itself was beautiful and the location was great too but the staff made the biggest impression on us (which is saying a lot given the quality of the hotel). From the moment we were picked up from the airport the staff really made us feel like we were welcomed and looked after well. Thank you souch for helping to make our trip to Cambodia unforgettable!
