Jays House made our trip to Siem Reap so much better. Stepping of the plane to find someone waiting for us with cold towels and fresh fruits was amazing. Each of the staff at Jaya house seemed so happy to work there and so eager to cater to our every need. The outstanding things were the complimentary laundry, included breakfast, complimentary daily massages, complimentary tuk tuk’s and a phone for us to beckon and call at anytime. There was no issue that was too hard. We were offered a complimentary super delayed checkout which ensured we were so comfortable before our late flight. The hotel restaurant had excellent dining options. Would stay here in a heart beat again. I wish I could name all the staff that looked after us - Finn, Chris, Sapoun, Anna, Lina, Sophia, Tay, everyone was so kind.

A beautiful place to relax
This was a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. We were instantly greeted by smiling and helpful people. They whisked us right into the restaurant to sit and discuss our stay which was nice to know what to expect. They handled everything from booking a tour guide to Angkor Wat and giving us local recommendations. A nice touch was giving us a small sheet of Cambodian phrases to know and also having hotel tuktuks that could take you where you wanted to go in the city with a little phone they give you to call one when needed. I wish I could give them a full 5 stars but while they tried to be aware of a food allergy, they still tried to give us soy sauce and even croutons in a salad. When I asked if the croutons were gluten-free the server insisted they were. He then called our room a couple of minutes later to let us know they were *not* gluten free. While they did have gluten free bread on hand, I think more work needs to be done to mark the menu with options and educate the staff better on such allergies. Other than that, I would absolutely return again happily.

Exceptional service, far beyond any other hotel that I’ve experienced in this price range. Each staff member was incredibly friendly and went out of his or her way to optimize our experience. When they learned that we had a late flight, the staff took it upon themselves to look for late checkout options for our group. Details such as complimentary tuktuk service and massages made for a lovely stay.

It isn't a perfect property but its darn near close. Exceptional staff, an owner who eschews typical hotel practices, really good food and a breakfast better than almost every hotel we have stayed at. Services that come with the cost of the room. Just exceptional.

This was the best hotel that we have ever stayed at! The staff is incredible, and the facility is beautiful. We had a room with our own plunge pool, which was great to hop in and out of from sweaty clothes! The restaurant is also good. The owner was around and is very well thought of by the staff and other locals—he has really mentored a lot of young local Cambodians in the hospitality field. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay there! Wish I could give it 10 stars!

Best place to stay in Siem Reap and I would highly recommend. This beautiful property had the best service I have ever come across. Perfectly clean and large modern rooms. The gardens and pool areas are stunning. Everything is included - mini bar, tuk tuk service, laundry and daily massages. We were greeted on our return every day with cold towels and drinks. Every single staff member goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them.

We had an exceptional stay at Jaya House. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel may be a bit pricier than other hotels, but the experience more than makes up for it! They picked us up from the airport with a cool towel and fresh fruit. They offered a complementary massage each day of our stay. They are doing their part to protect the environment, giving us reusable water bottles for our stay and planting trees in the community. They provided a free tuk tuk into the city center (a short ride) and picked us up when we wanted to come home. The space was pristine, the pool was lovely, and we enjoyed the spa and rooftop cafe - complete with a singer on the weekends!

The Jaya House hotel is such a peaceful Zen like hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and there are such interesting pieces of art in every nook & cranny. I also loved that the hotel is very into the environment and treats their staff like family. Wonderful place to stay.

The best hotel in Siem Reap
My husband and I spent five nights at Jaya House recently. The hotel is everything as it states on the hotel website and beyond. The location is excellent. It is at the edge of the town so it is quiet but is close to the center of the town's actions with a very short complimentary tuk-tuk ride. Every staff at the hotel, from Christian the general manager to the maintenance people (and everyone in between) is super friendly and personable. From the moment we were picked up by the hotel staff at the Siem Reap airport to the moment we got dropped off at the airport after our five-day stay, our every need during our stay was well taken care of; the breakfast choices are great; the constant reminders to apply anti-mosquito spays make the visits to the temples lot more pleasant for a mosquito magnet like me; the daily complimentary laundry service makes traveling light possible, not to mention clean clothes always smell better; lastly but not least, the daily massage refreshes tired feet and the soul. Our stay at Jaya House elevated our Siem Reap experience!
