Great Staff
As per my previous review, I enjoyed the hotel so much that I booked an extra week. The hotel is excellent and one of the reasons is the staff who made me feel so welcome by being so friendly and providing great service. I’d like to name just a few of the staff who made my stay so pleasant; Soborey, Kolab, Bossaba, Sophors, Panha, Tha, Ramon, Sreyreath, Dara and Chea Solin. Thank you so much to the whole staff for a great stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, so much so that I booked an extra week. The hotel is only 8 months old so everything is new. The staff are so very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are of good quality and my balcony was private. The free to use spa is excellent and such an asset for the hotel. Highly recomended.

Hôtel top, propre, neuf, situé en plein hyper centre ville. Les resto et commerces sont au pied de l'immeuble. Excellent accueil, on nous a accompagnés et présenté la chambre, rideau occultant et pas de bruit de la rue sauf en journée. Grande chambre avec deux immenses lits et grand balcon. Salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Manque de meuble de rangement et tiroirs. Excellent petit déjeuner complet avec de vraies viennoiseries à la française. Deux stands omelette donc pas d'attente. Salle de gym complète sauna hammam inclus au prix. Pas de musique en salle de sport et au sauna ... Dommage. Immense rooftop avec un bar et vue dégagée. Chanteuse en soirée. Une piscine de natation avec cascade. Une pataugeoire pour enfants et une piscine tranquille pour bronzer au calme. Le personnel est tout le temps aux petits soins. Parking surveillé gratuit si vous louez un scooter. Je remercie tous les membres du personnel que l'on ne voit pas qui ont oeuvré pour notre confort. Je remercie ceux que j'ai croisé qui ont embelli notre séjour par leur gentillesse et dont je n'ai pas retenu le prénom. Je remercie ceux qui nous ont renseigné, servi, accueilli et couvert de sourires quotidien : Chesda, Meak Kevmany, Soeun Raksmee, Pha, Traînee, Chhom Rouen Vatey, Lin Houx et Chan Tha Sreynik. Un séjour parfait, merci à tous.

훌륭한 호텔에서 편안하게 지내다 갑니다.
깨끗한 시설과 친절한 서비스 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 현지 가이드 분 말씀에 따르면 오픈한지 얼마 안되었다고 합니다. 5층에 조식, 스카이라운지 수영장 등 모두 훌륭합니다. 도보로 펍스트리트 가까워서 저녁에 식사와 간단한 맥주 완벽합니다. 추천합니다. ^^
