Great hospitality
Maria was a wonderful host! She prepared us a lovely breakfast every morning that we enjoyed on our balcony. The property grounds are well maintained and the location is good near to the port. Overall very happy with our stay and look forward to coming back!

We loved staying for a few days at Maria's. Sifnos is definitely a great island for recharging and for those enjoying calm environments. Maria's rooms are comfortable, very quiet and you get the pleasure of opening your window to gorgeous hills. Maria is also a very kind host with delicious cooking for breafast as well as refreshing lemonades as a welcome gift. Thank you so much again !

No Greek hospitality - Overrated
If you are looking for Greek hospitality, this is not the place to go. You will be „nickeled and dimed“ at every turn. From our initial contact with the owner suggesting we could carry the luggage uphill to the hotel from the ferry, to warnings about extra costs for fresh towels, using the AC during the day and having breakfast in the common area. The whole breakfast setup is unpleasant. You are not allowed to serve yourself, but the owner doles out the food. The coffee tasted so weak as if it had run twice through the filter. The owner makes you carry a tray with your breakfast up steep stairs to your room and asks you to bring it back. We skipped breakfast after the first day. Unfortunately in our room the terrace offered in the mornings no shade and no privacy to the next door unit. It was basically unusable because of a loud AC unit blowing hot air in your back. Advertised beach loungers and beach umbrellas were not available. Upon request, the owner tried to gaslight us by providing on day four kiddie folding chairs and a flimsy umbrella. Add to that drainage issues in the bathroom sink and shower that she had the nerve to blame on us, plus ants! The exchanges with her were so toxic that we seriously considered moving to a new hotel. Fellow travelers beware, Sifnos is a wonderful island that you should enjoy in a hotel that offers true Greek hospitality.

Fantastic place to stay. 10 minute walk to port. Property was beautiful with a lovely balcony to sit and view the whole area. Breakfast was amazing with unique items each day.

Our hostess was so welcoming. She had a delicious welcoming dessert and a lovely farewell homemade jam. Beautiful grounds around the hotel. Spacious room and lovely patio. Delicious, large breakfast every morning. This is the place to stay in Sifnos!

A Magical Stay!
We absolutely loved Sifnaika Konakia! The room was lovely and each room had its own balcony/patio area. From ours, we could watch the sunset everyday. Breakfast was a real treat, including all sorts of pastries and fruit alongside eggs. Maria, the owner, was kind and generous. It's a short walk to the beach, ferry, bus stop, restaurants, and shops. I highly recommend this spot! I would go back in a heartbeat.

Incredible stay
Magical stay with lots of thoughtful touches and an amazing breakfast everyday. There was so much to explore on sifnos, but we were always excited to return back to the hotel at the end of the day.

Best stay we've had in Greece!
This is the single best place we've ever stayed in Greece, and we've traveled alot. The room was beautifully appointed and out veranda had an incredible sunset (and sunrise!) view. The setting was romantic and the five month old kittens were a huge hit. We loved our stay, our breakfast, the staff and everything was incredibly convenient. I'm certain we will return.
