The smell of the room was so strong of perfume or cleaners, it was awful. They were renovating the hotel and the carpet was pulled up. The pool and hot tub smelled like straight bleach. Breakfast was stated to start at 6am, and there were several patrons in the dining area around 6am, but there was no food, and the lights were off. Apparently, weekend breakfast starts at 7 despite what we were told at check-in. For a hotel that got an excellent rating, it wasn't so excellent. Very disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay 100% wonderful
This place was amazing and if I ever went to Sikeston again, I would definitely stay here. The service was great. The people were friendly. It was well lit. I was not afraid at all. The breakfast was wonderful and that is putting it lightly.

Most of the staff that I interacted with were very welcoming. My room was over the lobby and the noise could be easily heard inside my room. Better sound proofing would be appreciated. My room was fairly clean, but it was in need of a deep cleaning, because the low traffic areas (around the furniture) were pretty dusty. The continental breakfast was nice, but they only meat offered is pork, so there was no meat for us.

It was short buy very comfy, the Air conditioner smelled moldy and the sink in the bathroom filled up. Other wise good!

From the second we entered the facility we were greeted and well treated. Snack and drinks were available and they stayed open an extra 5 Minutes to accommodate us. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was great and the ladies working both in the evening and morning were super friendly and helpful.
