RUSTIC FARMHOUSE IDEAL FOR FAMILIES WITH PRIVATE POOL AND GREAT GARDEN

La Masía is located on a farm in Sils. The house has been restored in recent years to make it as welcoming as possible.
The rural house is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall and a large living room with a fireplace. There is also a comfortable and well equipped kitchen with all the necessary elements to facilitate your stay in the house and another dining room. There is an office and a bathroom. Outside the ground floor there is an outside room where you can enjoy nature and tranquility and there is also another dining room with barbecue and another bathroom.
On the first floor there are 9 rustic rooms (4 rooms have a private bathroom and for the other 5 rooms there is a bathroom to share). In total the farmhouse is for about 24 people.
The farmhouse garden is very spacious, perfect for relaxing. There is a covered area where you can practice sports such as basketball, racquetball, hockey. There are also some swings, Ideal for children. The garden is completely fenced. You can also enjoy a pool of 8'50m x 4'50m.
We also have billiards, table football and ping pong.

Beautiful House, loads of space and excellent hosts
This house is beautiful and spacious with loads to do with the kids. There are so many big eating areas, so ideal for big groups, families or friends. The house and grounds were spotlessly clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Stunning house, great location, wonderful hosts
We have just stayed in the best holiday house we have ever visited! There is so much space, and it is all so beautiful. Lets start with the bedrooms - all well furnished, all with fans, which were adequate for a good night's sleep because of the thickness of the walls which keep them cool during the day. Bathrooms (3) all lovely. Two of the three were in a different part of the house from the bedrooms, but we shared out which bathrooms belonged to whom and it worked well. Then the rest of the house ... absolutely stunning. The 'inside/outside' part was a huge success, we ate there practically every meal, no flies, cool and yet you didn't feel like you were indoors. The kitchen is fantastic, completely open plan so very sociable, well equipped - I don't think I have ever seen such a selection of crockery and glassware! The pool was fabulous, some shade from the tropical umbrellas, lots of sunshine, beautifully clean. Oh, and here's a nice touch - you could put on a CD in the pool house, and there were speakers outside by the pool and in the covered play area! There was also so much else to do in case of a cloudy day - pool, table football, table tennis, basketball, petanque, bikes. Good location too. Walking distance to Sils station, regular trains to Barcelona, Girona, Figueras etc. Very close to a small supermarket, so no need to drive miles to go shopping, and if you run out of ice creams, send the kids! Sils village has a couple of restaurants, one of which we never managed to get to as it gets so booked up, but we thoroughly recommend the Pizzeria l'Angelo for a takeaway pizza. And finally, our hosts. Xavi and his family could not have been more welcoming or helpful. They were nearby but not intrusive, good to know that if there were any problems they would be sorted quickly. Next year we must learn some Spanish! I cannot recommend this house highly enough!

Nous étions 7 couples avec pour chacun un cadre de vie exceptionnel. Un corps de ferme rénové de grande qualité. De beaux espaces agencés avec goût. A very enjoyable stay
The house was fantastic, very clean and well equipped. The owner was friendly and went above and beyond to help when we needed it. The town of Sils was well situated for day trips and the house is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the train station. We spent a very enjoyable two weeks here with the family and would highly recommended it to others.

Prima, groot huis, goede bedden, jammer dat er maar 3 kookplaten waren. Servies in overvloed Het buitengebeuren is in één woord geweldig.heerlijk zwembad. We waren er met kinderen en 9 kleinkinderen, iedereen heeft genoten. Vriendelijke ontvangst, eigenaar woont vlakbij. Supermarkt aan de overkant. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.

Très bon hébergement tout équipé, très propre. Permet de se réunir en famille ou entre amis et de visiter la région. Les chambres sont spacieuses et majoritairement équipées de salle de bain, WC. De nombreux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs permettent de se réunir.

Cap de setmana llarg on vàrem gaudir de totes les instal·lacions de la casa, piscina inclosa. Molts espais i diferents racons de la casa que et fan sentir un autèntic privilegiat, ja sigui a interior com a exterior. A més, la casa disposa de tota una zona apart on els nens i els no tant nens (adolescents) es poden apartar per poder passar les seves estones i no haver-se de preocupar de res ni del soroll que puguin fer. Com ja he dit en l'enunciat... REPETIREM SEGUR. Moltes felicitats Xavier i Josep!!!

VACANCES EN FAMILLES A 24
Magnifique maison au calme conforme aux photos idéal pour une grande famille, literie très confortable. La piscine et les nombreux jeux ( basket, pétanque, ping-pong, billard, babyfoot ) ont occupés les enfants et ados pendants 15 jours c'était super. Hôtes très agréable et très avenant. Cependant nous avons regretté le manque de climatisation car il y a fait très chaud au mois d'aout et malgré la présence de 3 petits réfrigérateurs difficile de faires les courses pour plusieurs jours ( attention nous étions 24 personnes ) et casseroles pas adapter pour gros groupe. Mais nous avons passé un séjour en famille et entre amis fabuleux.

Nous avons passé une semaine idéale dans cette ferme où tout est prévu pour agrémenter le séjour des adultes et des enfants. La piscine et les nombreux jeux ont occupé en permanence les enfants. La maison était largement assez grande pour assurer le confort des 12 membres de la famille. Nous remercions vivement le propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et l'attention qu'il a portée au bien-être de notre groupe. La proximité du supermarché a été très appréciée.

Le propriétaire est très sympa, la maison très agréable, les abords fleuris, les lits de couples sont en 160 et pas 135 comme annoncé sur la presentation ! Eau chaude en quantité et pour tt le monde ! Et nous avions des vélos à disposition, très agréable pour visiter les environs et l'étang de Sils. A proximité des commerces.
