I have discovered I am a "city girl" when it comes to places to stay. I really like the modern conveniences major hotel chains offer. That being said, this was a cute hotel decorated in retro. The microwave and refrigerator were in retro blue; there was even a rotary phone in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was VERY clean. There was 24 hour security. I would have rated this 5-stars if there were more breakfast options. I would stay here again.

We were fooled by the reviews. This place is extremely dirty with restrooms falling apart with a moldy and stinky shower curtain. This is not a place for families since it's filled by workers that are on contract nearby. They sit outside the rooms to socialize, drink beer, and smoke pot.

The room was neat &clean. The bed was terrible. It sank in the middle and we had to try to get some sleep by sleeping head to toe to stop rolling to the middle. I got two hours and now have to drive 300 miles. We could not use you again.

Pros: Room was clean. Decorations were cute (retro). Bed was very comfortable. Quiet room - even though right off main drag. Cons: Grab & Go breakfast not appealing (didn't use). Ice machine close to room broken - had to get from office. WiFi was weak - but adequate. We'd stay here again!

We had asked in advance to have a 1st floor unit as my wife is handicapped and really can't and should not be climbing stairs. We communicated via email and was confirmed that would be taken care of. We did a late check in where they leave the key in a lock box. It was late night and it was a 2nd floor room. Wife just sucked it up and climbed the stairs for the night. It was a task but there was no other choice. We talked to the manager in the morning who was very apologetic and I belive to be sincere. As far as the room it was very clean and nicely appointed. Highly recommend it for a clean nice place to stay in Silver City. Gave it a 4 due to the 1st floor issue but overall it was a good stay.

Over all my stay at LuLu's went well. The facility was definitely dated. But was clean enough and comfortable. Breakfast???? There wasn't any real food available. With that being said, I would stay at LuLu's again.
