"We had wonderfully serene stay over the New Year holiday while visiting family in Ferndale. We arrived late and the home was heated for us which was really kind. There was even an adorable decorated white Christmas tree.The house is new, bright, immaculate, and well appointed - lots of games and books for all ages. The kitchen had all the necessities, including spices and olive oil. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee in front of the picture window taking in the water view. The home is in a more remote area so takes roughly 15 - 20 minutes to get into Ferndale and Bellingham respectively. Our host was very responsive and granted us a late check-out when requested. All in all a lovely stay at a lovely property. We hope to make this our regular stay when visiting family. W"
