"We planned this trip for our dad‘s 90th birthday. His one request was to be able to watch the sunset from the beach. Glenn‘s house was perfect. We could not have asked for anything more. The house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed for meals at home. The sunset was gorgeous. We spent a lot of time playing games at the dining room table while watching the sunset. My only suggestion would be to have curtains available if the sun was too much. Thank you, Glenn for having us!"

"We stayed at this property over the President's Day weekend for a Bachelorette Party. This home was not only very clean and had quite a few amenities, but it was also very close to the ocean. We had a lovely time having cocktail hour on the rooftop, cooking meals in the kitchen and watching movies on the SmartTV in the living room. It was the perfect place for a relaxing girls weekend! The host was EXTREMELY responsive before and during booking. She was able to quickly provide us with replacement batteries for some of the fan remotes and was very understanding of a scheduling issue I made when booking. I would highly recommend this property to others and had such a lovely stay! "

Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. "
