The staff and location were fantastic, however my room had some broken “parts”. One of the robe hooks in the bathroom was broken and dangling and the curtains were hanging off of the last rung, which prevented them from closing all the way. They did issue a quick fix with a paper clip but it still wouldn’t block the light. Speaking of light, there is very little lighting in the rooms. It’s super duper dim, which I prefer in most areas. That said, the hall in front of the full length mirror and bathroom were so dim I had to step out into the hallway and look in my phone camera to see my face. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, but maintenance could use some help and some lights would be great!

The restaurant was excellent, the gym was one of the few I have seen in a hotel that had enough space you could actually get a weight workout in. Room was great as well. Only complaint is that they have Nespresso machines instead of regular coffee makers. Not a fan of those
