Me and my family came in on 3rd of November and about 3am a guy trying to go in my room . Scared so bad . He try 3 times and door open but i have security lock from inside door . He left when i came to door and told him ill call the police and he left and i called service desk look like guy in service desk know what happens. Becareful all when you go hotels doble lock door

Turn off the politics in the dining area
Everything was fine with this day except for when I went down for breakfast and they had some stupid political new show on the TV. I'd much prefer the discovery or History channel something not political.

Turning down the bed there was a thumb size hole in the bottom sheet of the bed. The bed was hard.The toilet was outdated and had difficulty flushing. Live TV was the only option.

The rooms have a faint smell of moldy odor, the bathroom shower curtain was filthy, the carpets across the hallways and rooms is filthy. The room we were in carpets didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed. Stains on the white lamp covers, the hot tub and pool had sand at the bottom and the areas around each were dirty and unsanitary. Breakfast was disgusting with very limited options. Our first room the heating/ac didn’t work so they gave us another room that was more unsanitary than the first one.

Location is very convenient and close to everything. Hotel rooms are very outdated and unclean. Fitness center had close to nothing and the pool was very dirty.

It was a little ghetto but I guess it got the job done. It had an indoor pool which was fun. There definitely was someone that stayed in our room that did drugs or something because I found blood inside the lamp shade and on the mattress when we pulled the blankets up. A towel was dirty but we were able to switch it out. Overall it was a bed to sleep in, but probably wouldn’t opt to stay here again

Worst EVER!
AWFUL HOTEL! Ended up not staying there! It was disgusting! From the minute we walked in I was disappointed but willing to check out the rooms before walking out! The carpet in the hallway was absolutely filthy, doors to other rooms partially opened, and overall an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso trying to coverup an odor! Honestly we hadn’t even made it to the room yet and I was outraged with the condition of this $240/night hotel. Then we entered the room and found same awful conditions including dead bugs in the lighting fixtures! We immediately went down to the front desk a requested to be let out of the reservation which they were very accommodating and let us immediately check out. The place is a DIVE! $240 per night! Are they kidding! Honestly gross!
