Condo in Silverthorne Close to Ski Resorts w/ Private Balcony & Work Area!

This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa. It features a two living areas, a loft, and a work area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and updated countertops. Additionally, there is a private balcony and grill. This complex offers a shared hot tub and is conveniently located near all Summit County ski areas.

The entryway offers a bench, closet, and armoire for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a gas fireplace, mounted TV, cozy furnishings, and new carpet. Enjoy the views from balcony outside the living area. There is also a private grill on the balcony for additional cooking options.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and updated countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The updated half bathrooms is on the main level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The private washer and dryer is also located in this bathroom.

The primary suite features a queen-sized bed and plenty of storage options. The updated primary bathroom offers double sinks and a shower/tub combination that features a jetted tub with new tiling. Head upstairs to the loft level guest bedroom. The loft bedroom features a king-sized bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle. The loft also has a second living area with seating area, a work area, and a sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Additionally, there is an updated guest bathroom featuring a standing shower.

Lovely condo, great location, bad neighbors
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was perfect, and the condo itself was clean, organized, and well-stocked with everything we needed to cook every night. It was a great fit for our group of two couples and two kids—plenty of space and comfort for all of us.However, I feel it’s important to mention something that stood out during our stay. Upon arrival, we found a sternly worded note from the downstairs neighbors asking us to be quiet, as they live there full time. The note also mentioned that the police had been called on previous renters for noise, which felt threatening and unnecessary. About an hour later, while we were having dinner, the downstairs neighbors knocked on the door to remind us again that "our condo is their ceiling." At that point, it felt more like harassment than a friendly reminder.While we really enjoyed the condo itself, I wanted to highlight this experience in case it’s helpful for future guests. It's a beautiful space in a great location, but be prepared that the downstairs neighbors may make you feel uncomfortable or even call the police if they don’t approve of your noise levels.Overall, we had a good time, but this interaction with the neighbors was something worth noting.

We loved the property. It offered heated tile floors, 3 bathrooms for our large party with 2 showers boasting huge shower heads and quick access to warm/hot water. The condo had beautiful decor to make you feel content, and board games and technology to amuse us. There were numerous areas where our large group could congregate and talk and laugh. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. It could easily be a 5 but for a few things.The neighbors below us made us feel like we were living in a monastery. The slightest of noise and they would bang on the ceiling---and mind you, it was not quiet hours. I KNOW if I had a policeman come out and observe our decibel level, he would have said we could proceed with our business. We felt like we had to tiptoe around the place. In addition, the unit smelled of cigarette smoke, I would think the very neighbors that detested us must smoke and it put a huge damper on my stay to have the essence of cigarette smoke pervading the property. So if you are like me, be aware. Last of all, the Queen bed was very hard and kind of slanted. I would have hoped for a more comfortable sleep. I certainly needed it after the stress of the unrealistic neighbors. I would stay here again if these factors changed.

It was great!
It was a great place and I would go back. We had terrible headaches the first 2 nights. Thought it was the bed but could have been the altitude. The toilet bowl handle in the hall bathroom is broken. It works now, but needs replaced. The light up mirror in the hall bathroom has a faulty plug. One prong got stuck in the outlet when I tried to use it. I left it on the counter. The fireplace stopped burning one day. Not sure why. We shut it off and it worked fine the next day. Great idea to have humidifiers! The one we used upstairs didn't put out much moisture but the one we used downstairs did. It was hard to find where to put the trash outside but we found a neighbor that showed us. It would be nice to have some welcome snacks/treats... but I realize that is going above and beyond. We loved the layout of the loft but it let all the noise from downstairs wake up the person upstairs. But for just 2 of us, it was fine.

I had a great time staying here with friends over new years. I was in contact with the property manager after leaving as I forgot an item. I wasn’t able to pick it up but was told it could be shipped to me. I had followed up with the property manager multiples times but was then ghosted.

Perfect everything!
This property is so cute and comfortable, and in a great location for skiing at multiple resorts. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our family in every way. Close to restaurants and shopping. The large hot tub was only steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic …. We loved everything about the condo. Close to many different towns to explore. Clean, lots of nice amenities. The only negative was a note left by “full timer” warning us on how to behave. We never heard anything from them while we were there but it was still unsettling and makes you feel weary of every move - again nothing to do with owner or rental company and we had no issues. I took the note down. It didn’t really interfere with our wonderful stay but still worth mentioning.

Good location for A-Basin/Copper skiing. Very comfortable condo and well stocked with necessary amenities. Would definitely stay here again. I see that others have noted the downstairs residents complaining about noise. We also experienced the beating on their ceiling/our floor if we made the slightest noise - which occasionally happens when you have two pre-teen boys. I felt (sorta) bad that they live with such constant perceived transgressions. We lived with the noise complaint annoyance - as I suppose the downstairs neighbors were forced to live with theirs. C'est la vie.
