Overall I liked the hotel and would stay again. Pros The location was great. The hotel is connected to Bugis MRT and Bugis Junction so it's easy to get around the city and there's a ton of food and shops nearby. It's a short walk from Haji Ln and the Sultan Mosque. The immediate area in general felt pretty safe. The entrance to the hotel is hard to find at first if you take the train and some of the entrances are key card only. This is good for safety reasons but can be confusing when you first come to check in and find the key card only entrance first. The room was nice. I loved the view of the city. I liked the in room amenities and how automated a lot of the features are. I like that there was a doorbell and a do not disturb feature. The doorbell could be a little bit louder. The room was nice and quiet. You might hear the people above you but it's too loud. Occasionally I would hear the people staying in the room across from me but that was more because of how loud they were then because of the hotel. Once, they left it was pretty quiet. The amenities were nice in my opinion. I didn't get a chance to use the pool because of the weather but the other amenities were nice touches. Cons The bed was a bit hard. I prefer softer beds. It wasn't hard to the point of being uncomfortable but not too comfy. The toilet kept making weird gurgling noises every time I took a shower. Over time the noise got progressively louder to the point where I would hear it over the shower.

The rooftop bar with the teepees and the pool are incredible. The breakfast is also fantastic with many cuisines catered for.

Enjoyed our stay!
Happy to be back at Andaz Singapore, its been 5 years since my last stay and not much has changed, the conditions of the rooms are still excellent. Good size room, comfortable beds, large bright windows, electronic curtains and complimentary mini bar (although the mini bar selections has reduced). This time we resquested Interconnecting rooms which was convenient for our family of five. Only one concern was hair found on the shower wall. Housekeeping standards needs to be checked.

Great room good hotel
The room was amazing as was the pool. Great location and close to MRT. Excellent pool, great reception and door staff. Hotel is a bit of a maze to get in and out of.confusing layout. Drinks are overpriced and a bit of hotel price gauging. Bar staff efficient but not warm.

Great stay! Location is terrific with MRT directly under the hotel. Staff very attentive and best check in service I’ve had for a long time. Complimentary mini bar (replenished with every day). Big room, own wardrobe, good shower, good breakfast. No complaints really!

We booked a suite that said it sleeps 4, only when we got to the room there was only 1 king size bed and nothing else. No second bed and no sofa bed. The hotel then kept saying that the suite sleeps 4 but only if we all share a bed. This seems completely ridiculous and it took 2 hours to negotiate for beds to be brought in for our children. The hotel itself felt new and nice and a great location.

Love the bed and the design of the hotel. But the check in staff service standard was subpar for a five star hotel. Lack of service standard and totally not impressed. Their bed is super comfortable and lovely design of the hotel.
