Great value.
Great location, friendly staff, nice communal areas and fantastic breakfast. Really good value. Very minor points were that it was a bit stuffy in our pod. The room itself was air conditioned but there wasn’t much air getting in to pod. One of the showers was broken (needs a new head).

This is a solid option if you have a quick overnight in Singapore and you are use to Cube set-ups. Staff are good, it's comfortable, spaces to work, and very, very convenient. The door isn't what I was used to and leaves a bit of noise coming in. But, overall a solid stay and very much worth the value in an expensive Singapore.

First time sleeping in a capsule hotel /hostel kinda of place. Really good value for money. The property is located in Chinatown, next door to an affordable Michelin star restaurant and shopping complex with everything you could want. Really great location for cultural immersion, safe to walk till late, 50m to a bus station and MRT nearby. Breakfast was good too. Would really recommend

The Cube Box room hotel was very small, and I could not sleep or breathe properly inside. People were coming in and out at different times of the night, so noisy. It is not value for money. I could not sleep in that room and had to leave and check in at another hotel. The breakfast was poor; I had to make my own eggs. I paid a few dollars more and stayed at the Mercure, which was very chic and luxurious, with a pool and great breakfast. So, comparing the Cube Box to the Mercure, it is not worth the money. I don't think anyone should stay there.

The check-in system is inconvenient.
There was no staff to assist me when checking in. I had to enter my reservation number, but I couldn't find it. We need a system that allows check-in under the name of the person making the reservation.

The pods were great, quiet and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The self-check in and app as a keycard didn't work very well (disabled 3 hours before checkout) and a normal keycard and check-in process would have been more convenient. Other than that we were pleased it was a great location

Two minor problems for me: 1) washroom too far for me (compared to my home 10 feet) considering I usually went to washroom during during middle of night 2) no hand towel (so either used toilet paper or foot towel on floor) Notwithstanding the minor problems overall everything excellent. I would stay again.
