Disappointing 5 Stars hotel
I had a few issues with the bath tub. I encounter difficulty when trying to discharged bath water and asked tlfor assistance twice. The hotel should fix this. The knob to turn the discharge is too smooth so very difficult to use. As a 5 stars hotel I was shocked they skim on replenishing soap and shampoo. The small shampoo and body soap was never replaced with new. They do not provide turn down bedsheet service in the evening. Only provide one bathrobe was provided even occupancy is for two. However I was very impressed with the vallet service. Mr. Ravean was very helpful and friendly. A redeeming asset for the hotel beside all her short commings. I wouldn't book this hotel again. There is no value for my cash.

Great hotel, highly recommended.
Great location for sight-seeing and dining. The hotel staff were very accommodating and professional. The amenities are of a high standard. The one are that could be improved is the food selection on the “Cooling Tower”

Avoid rooms near the lifts. You can hear the whooshing noise of moving lift late at night from second closest room to the lifts.

Expensive for what used to be a good biz hotel.
Our room view is neighbours building roof not worth mentioning. The rooftop bar picture is not as it looked in reality and staff don’t seem to understand service and English. You can view 2 neighbourhoods hotel pools next door, their pool are being used vs. Carlton’s empty each time we visited. The pool is small and uninviting. The coffee bistro at lobby was expensive. The concierge is the most helpful he convinced us how easy it is to take the MRT from hotel. The hotel location is very good for hawkers dining and MRT.

Stayed at Club room for 4 nights, a neat, clean, & quiet room. Located at convenient location, 15-18 minutes by Taxi or Grab to key locations i.e. Airport, Universal Studio Singapore, Art Science Museum. 1 minute walk to 7 eleven, MRT station, local supermarket, Hawker centre and shopping mall 100 am. Staff are professional & friendly. Highly recommended
