You really can’t beat the location of the Crowne Plaza for transiting as it’s literally attached to the airport. The room decor is a bit stuffy but the bed was comfortable, excellent shower and bath products, fluffy towels & a robe. and even a tap for filtered drinking water. I had a great sleep and was refreshed before my next flight!

The mattress on the beds was worn out and not supportive.If this would be corrected ,it would go a long way to improving the hotel. Also it was a confusing passageway to find our room.The staff could have be more helpful. The baggage staff was excellent thought,going above and beyond to help us to the day shower room

My stay at Singapore crown plaza hotel
Great location, right at the Singapore Changi airport. Lots of activities and shopping just a walk out train ride away. I also used Singapore MRT to g go to Chinatown. Very convenient.

Although this is intended to be a higher end option for staying at Changi, the prices are ridiculously high. Even though the rooms are nicely designed, there was a lot of external noise that came through the venting system. Would not recommend unless you absolutely needed to be on site at Changi for an early flight. Even then, I would opt for a budget option rather than throw money away on this place.
