Pathetic hotel and would never stay here. Rude staff and they are generally have bad business practices. Had booked and had to change to a different date. Modify did not work despite trying 2 days before arrival. Hotels.com suggested to cancel existing booking and do new booking. After doing new booking the hotel charged for the cancellation despite hotel.com explained and me telling about new booking. No hotel does this type of pathetic behaviour to make money like this. Never ever will come back to this hotel and suggest never stay here. Rude and unprofessional management

I had read previous reviews stating that they weren't in love with the breakfast buffet but I thought it was great...especially for free. Some of the item changed daily and the staff does a great job of keeping everything full. It is literally a 5 minute walk to Clarke Quay where there is tons of restaurant choices and a river boat cruise that starts from there. My only complaints would be one day our bathroom sink never got cleaned. I would totally recommend this hotel and would stay again fo it's location

Short Stay before Cruise
Room was small but very nice, bed was comfortable. The facilities at the Hotel were good also and the Rooftop area was good to have a few drinks at night. It wasn't too far from the Gardens by the Bay but a bit of a walk lots to see on the way, very close to China Town

Ok room was small although did not feel so as ceilings heights were huge. Given spaces Singapore builds up not wide. Hotel spotless, breakfast choices huge but limited lunch/dinner. desk all friendly and helpful. lusted for a 711 and atm nearby. Really enjoyed the place and people
