An amazing stay! Staff were nothing but helpful and polite. Very good location, easy walk to bus or underground. So many dining options around wish I had more time to explore them all! Lots of convenience stores nearby too. Room was clean and bed was unbelievably comfortable. Floor to ceiling windows with good views. Perfect sized room for one or two. Room also came with food menu that you could call reception for and pic up once ready (not delivered to room) prices were very good and food was very tasty (local restaurant). TV only had around 12 channels but had an option to connect HDMI if you had one. Breakfast buffet was free to all guests. Over all would recommend and would stay again.

I’m a member of IHG. Check-in staff said I can earn the nights, but not the check-out staff, who had a completely different story. Negative for that. Housekeeping forgot to replace towers, napkins.

Room was ok but small. No door between sleeping area and the bathroom. Fridge was just a box, not cold and couldn’t get it cold as there was no chiller control. Comfortable bed and pillows. Area close by was nice with plenty of options for eating. Expensive for what we got.

The breakfast buffet is the bomb koodos love it the room is nice well equipped and clean the only thing I did not like is the entrance is next to restaurant and the the smell of food horrible for those travelers two block away for bus 35 min ride to the center I would stay back

We had a great stay at this hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices. The location was convenient, near the metro, a shopping mall, and interesting heritage shops. The only unusual part was that reception was on the 7th floor, but overall, a wonderful experience!

Great location . Hotel was very busy as peak season but staff could not excel any more as they were 10/10 ! Goid location and handy for bus and MRT routes but prepare to walk along the long underground passages . Shopping complexes and food courts very handy if a little repetitive but a good location and comfortable hotel overall

Property is in need of an update. Carpets in hallways need a good cleaning and it smelled like body odor. Fine for a layover and a shower, but there are better hotels in Singapore that meet these same needs.

We arrived at the hotel after midnight. Staff who checked in didn’t make us feel welcome. We had to carry our bags to the room ourselves. Couldn’t sleep because of the bedbugs. Requested another room same issue. I contacted Expedia and they’re still working with the hotel to get refunded, will see. Manager was very helpful when I asked for help with looking for my Apple Watch. I left it in the first room I checked in. She helped me when I told her I’m checking out bcz of the incident with bedbugs. She paid for my transportation to my next hotel. I don’t recommend that hotel. It’s reviews seems to be fake.
