Some 10 over people congregating near the lift. They were not waiting for the lift. It was very late in the night. Next morning knock our door twice and very noisy. First entering the room, latch was broken.

A family fetaway
It is an amazing stay. Onlg issue is the smell of food stick in your clothes and body during breakfast. Can improve on exhaust system.

It is amazing. The only thing is after breakfast, all the food smell stick to our clothes /hair and body. Would be nice if there are more spread of food for breakfast.

If you are looking for a place to sleep in and nothing else, this hotel is good for you. It's walkable from Novena station but it's quite a distance. Not too bad though. The rooms are small and feels quite cramped but it's comfortable enough for a good rest. The breakfast buffet was alright as well. In summary: It's decent.

Stayed one week
Place was a bit of a walk to the train station but not too bad. Bus stop less than 5 minutes from hotel. Noted some places that can be cleaned further on my first night, I mentioned this to the housekeeping staff who addressed it promptly. Hotel is more dated than in the pictures but staff has been lovely.
